The Kathryn Tucker Windham Ghost Walk is returning to downtown Thomasville this year, bigger and better than ever. The event will be Saturday evening, Oct. 15. Kathryn Tucker Windham grew up in Thomasville, across the railroad and up the hill from downtown. Windham was “Alabama’s Storyteller” She became a journalist and in time earned the title of “Alabama’s Storyteller,” recording Alabama’s unique ghost stories, folklore and old folkways.
