Kossie Lemar Sims, 82, of Dickinson died Oct. 18, 2022 at his home. He was born October 14, 1940 in Sunny South to Marshall Romar and Ethel Sims. He was retired from Scotch Lumber Company. He was a member of Salem Baptist Church and a US Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Thurston Sims.
