Marjorie G. Maness, 79, of Arlington died Feb. 15, 2023 at Thomasville Regional Medical Center. She was born Sept. 30, 1943 in Birmingham to Laried Armstead Goolsby and Ola Matilda Goolsby. She was a longtime office manager for Dr. James Nettles in Arlington and a member of County Line Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, James David Maness; son, Allen Greene; her parents; two brothers, Billy Goolsby and Eddie Goolsby; and two sisters, Barbara Long and Roberta Kitchens.
