Carolyn Gaddy Daffin, 86, died Friday, Jan. 27, 2023 at home with her loved ones by her side. She was born in Bassetts Creek Jan. 1, 1937 to Coma and Nola Gaddy. She was a lifelong resident of Clarke County, where she was a member of Grove Hill United Methodist Church, the Clarke County Historical Society and the Study Club's local chapter.
