Nellie F. Blankenship, 95 of Mobile died Dec. 8, 2022 at Providence Hospital. She was born Sept. 26, 1927 in Washington County to Enoch and Annie Jewel Furr. She was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Wagarville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Blankenship; daughter, Carol Smoker; grandson, Stephen Lee Blankenship; and parents. She is survived by her son, Allen (Sharon) Blankenship; three grandchildren, Wesley Blankenship, Alison (Clay) Furrow, and Robert Carl Smoker; two great-grandchildren, Brinna Blankenship and Carlie Blankenship.
