34 years agoLooking BackDecember 8, 1988 Tiger appreciation night will be Thursday, December 15 to honor the Thomasville Tiger football team for winning the class 3A state championship. The event will be a fundraising project to help defray expenses for championship rings for all the team members. Everyone is invited to come to the Thomasville High School Cafetorium Thursday night from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. to show their support for the players for winning 14 football games and bringing home the first state football championship in the school’s history.
