The 11th annual James G. Gunn Honor Band will be Friday, March 3, and Saturday, March 4. More than 90 student musicians are expected to perform with a dozen area schools represented. The event is sponsored by the Art Council of Thomasville’s Flying Brick Community Band. The guest clinician this year will be Dr. Tyler Stickland, director of bands at the University of West Alabama.
