Joey Foxhall, 66 of Camden, died April 14, 2023 at his home. He was born Jan. 29, 1957 in Linden to William Lee and Artie Jean Foxhall. Foxhall had worked for many municipalities in the operation of their water and waste water systems and retired from the City of Thomasville after 23 years as water and waste water superintendent. He was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his wife, Tracy Foxhall; son, Joey L.
