April 27, 1982Looking Back41 Years Ago Thomasville Academy was broken into and burglarized sometime during the night last Tuesday, according to reports. David Clanton, headmaster at TA, said that the break-in was discovered by him early Wednesday morning. Upon examination, according to Clanton, it was discovered that intruders gained entrance through a front window. They then pried the lock open in the school office and took a set of keys to the vending machines along with some money and checks, and the school’s camera, said Clanton.
