Dorothy “Doratha” Stallworth Pritchett was born July 15, 1938 and entered her eternal rest May 20, 2023. She was born in Monroeville to the late Martin and Lucinda Stallworth. Having parents that stressed the importance of education, Pritchett graduated high school from Bethlehem Industrial Academy in 1956 in Beatrice. She attended Selma University and graduated in 1958. She also attended Alabama A&M with a major in business.
