James Rayford Parnell, 83, of Thomasville died July 25, 2023 at SAAD Hospice in Mobile. He was born Jan. 20, 1940 in Washington County to James Elbert and Eula Maxine Parnell. He worked for many years in construction as a welder and was a member of Bashan Baptist Church.
