Frances Laverne Smith, 95, of Thomasville passed away Aug. 4, 2023 at Crowne Health Care of Thomasville. Smith was born Aug. 16, 1927 to Joseph Alonzo Bouler and Sybil Parten Bouler in Marengo County. She was a member of Creel’s Chapel Methodist Church in Holtamville. She was known by many as a cashier with Delchamps. She was also known for her love of working outside with her flowers and gardening every summer.
