During the Feb. 27 meeting of the Clarke County Commission, Commission Chairman Bary Chancey addressed his fellow commissioners with a request to approve the repairs and upgrade for the heating and cooling system in the county complex. According to Chancey, employees and members of the public had voiced concerns with the lack of proper climate control inside the county courthouse and jail.
