Billy David Ballard, 64, of Sweet Water died Jan. 29, 2024 at Ochsner Rush Medical Center in Meridian, Miss. He was born Jan. 29, 1960 in Butler to William A. and Mary M. Ballard. He was a propone delivery driver and pastor and was a member of Hoboken Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Rita Lovette Ballard; sons, Winston (Lauren) Bush and Devan Bush; daughter, Leslie (Matthew) Logan; grandchildren, Marley Bush, Everett Bush and Elijah Logan; and godchildren, Travis Ballard, David Ballard, and Alex Ballard.
