Jesse Ray Baugh, 94, of Grove Hill died Jan. 23, 2024 at his home. He was born on Jan. 24, 1930 in Grove Hill to Tom and Maggie Baugh. He was a retired foreman with Scotch Lumber Company and a member of Good Hope Baptist Church.
