Sandra Pearson, a long time member of the Flying Bricks Community Band, was honored as "Band Member of the Year" at the June 29 concert in the Thomasville Civic Center. She was playing in her 39th Flying Bricks concert. She is pictured with James Boyett, director of the Flying Bricks Community Band and the bands at Thomasville High School.
