On Friday, July 26, the family of James Zadock Dailey reported to the Clarke County Sheriff’s Office that he had been missing since Wednesday, July 24. A security camera photo taken at 2:31 p.m. on Wednesday shows Dailey walking near the Fulton Creek in a brown long-sleeved hoodie and light-colored short pants. His hair appeared very short.
