MONROEVILLE – Fred Kelley of Monroeville has announced his candidacy for the Alabama House of Representatives District 68 seat in the 2026 election. Kelley was born and raised in Thomasville and is a graduate of Thomasville High School. He said he is getting an early start on his campaign and has already opened a financial account with the Alabama Secretary of State.
