Huey Rocky Phillips, 62, a cattleman of Thomasville died Feb. 3, 2022 at Baptist Hospital in Pensacola, Fla. He was born Sept. 15, 1959 in Aberdeen, Md. to Huey Herman and Beulah Faye Phillips. He was a member of Creels Chapel United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his wife, Vanessa G.
