Have you ever wondered how Clay Park in Downtown Thomasville got its name? The late E. T. “Buster” Hall grew up in Thomasville and worked for both The Times and The Clarke County Democrat. He wrote popular “looking back” columns in his retirement. “Old Clay Park was a beautiful spot during my boyhood years.
