Gloria Ann Overton Smith, 78, of Grove Hill died Dec. 15, 2021 at her home. She was born July 4, 1943 to Clifford M. and Lois Ruth Overton. She was a retired sales clerk with Jackson’s Grocery and a member of Okalona Methodist Protestant Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold M. Smith. She is survived by her son, Harold M. “Bubba” Smith Jr.; daughter, Elizabeth A. Smith; sister, Joan Burnett; and three grandchildren.
