Luke Stephens, a student at Thomasville High School, has been named as a 2022 Citizenship Washington Focus (CWF) winner by the 4-H Club. He will represent Clarke County and the Alabama 4-H Club June 5-10 in Washington D.C. CWF is a week-long 4-H citizenship program for youth ages 14-18.
