Rosetta Hubbard Smith, 86, of St. Stephens died Feb. 11, 2022 at her home. She was born Sept. 26, 1935 in Muncie, Ill. to Clyde and Gladys Hubbard. She was a former welder with Ingall Shipyard and was a member of Pine Hill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Marvin W. Smith; two daughters, Glenda Dailey and Evon Bedwell; two grandchildren; brother, Fred Hubbard; and sister, Barbara Merrill.
