The Thomasville Middle School Tigers baseball team defeated Sweet Water 5-2 and 9-3 April 4 in a doubleheader at the Thomasville High School ball field. It was the final games of the TMS baseball season. In the first game, Courtavion Holt was the winning pitcher. He pitched 4 innings and allowed 2 hits, 2 runs (2 earned), 1 walk, and struck out 11.
