From Staff Reports A second series of e-mail bomb threats were sent to several media outlets in the state Tuesday, saying explosives had been planted in the homes of state officials, apparently including employees of the Alabama Department of Transportation. The messages say bombs had been placed in several Alabama Department of Transportation offices, including offices in Montgomery, Birmingham, Mobile and the University of Alabama.
