150th anniversary of Peniel Baptist Church will be June 12 from 10 a.m. until noon. The church invites members, former members, families and friends to celebrate the founding of the church. Former pastors will share during the program. A covered dish meal will follow the service in the fellowship hall. The church is located at 1730 McVay Road in Jackson.
