Cecil Edwin Hill, 85, of Thomasville died June 11, 2022 at his home. He was born Oct. 24, 1936 in Louisville, Ala. to Claude Randall and Annie Hill. He was preceded in death by his two sons, Gary Hill and Cecil Edwin “Windy” Hill Jr.; brother, Claude Randall Hill Jr. and his parents.
