Margaret Louise Gates Criswell, 79, a homemaker of Thomasville died Aug. 25, 2022 at her home. She was born March 13, 1943 in Mobile to Harrison and Ruth Gates. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, James William Criswell. She is survived by three daughters, Gwendolyn Newton, Vonda Overton, and Tanya Vick; two brothers, Frank Gates and James Gates; six grandchildren and four greatgrandchildren.
