The Thomasville High School Tigers varsity football team lost 12-7 to the Jackson High Aggies Sept. 23 at D.F. Anderson Field. It was a defensive battle for much of the game with limited scoring. Jackson scored with a 52- yard touchdown pass from Landon Duckworth to Micah Jones (1:11 in the second quarter). The pointafter kick by Jeramie Houston was no good. Jackson led 6-0 at halftime.
