Gainestown Methodist Church is preparing for homecoming Sunday, Oct. 23 at 11 a.m. Guest speaker will be the Rev. E.C. Russell. Lunch will follow. Pastor Russell has four decades of ministerial experience which includes pastoral ministry in seven churches; missions work in Cuba, Honduras, and the Canary Islands; over 15 years of radio ministry; and has written a book entitled, “God Helpers,” https://.www.godhelpers book.com. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministry and a Master of Arts in Ministry. All are welcome to attend.
