William Paul Deese, a construction worker, was born Nov. 3, 1986 in Mobile. He passed away in San Antonio, Texas on Oct. 10, 2022. Paul was a 2004 graduate of Washington County High School. He attended Alabama Southern Community College and later joined the United States Army, serving at Fort Stewart, Ga. as well as serving overseas.
