Friday, Nov. 11 is Veterans Day. A special program will be held at Jackson City Hall at 11 a.m. Everyone is invited to attend. A special section in today’s paper highlights the day and veterans. Some local veterans are featured and there are details on how Veterans Day differs from Memorial Day, stories about local monuments and memorials and more. The issue is made possible by the businesses and others who sponsored it. Thank them when you see them!
