The Clarke Prep Gators had an exciting season but the final game for AISA Class AA state title at Cramton Bowl in Montgomery didn’t turn out so well. The Gators played Thursday, Nov. 17 in the school’s 10th state championship game but were unable to beat longtime foe Patrician Academy. The Gators fell 60-0 to a dominating Patrician running game and a swarming defense and ended the season in second place in Class AA. Clarke Prep is now 7-3 in state championship games.
