Billy Wayne Fuller, 70, of Jackson, died peacefully in his home Feb. 15, 2023 with his loving wife by his side. Billy was born Aug. 20, 1952 in Grove Hill to Ivy Fuller and Earlene Fuller. He retired from Boise in 2015 after more than 40 years of employment. Billy enjoyed welding, woodworking and generally being outdoors, but nothing compared to being able to spend time with his grandchildren and watching them have fun.
