Mr. Elijah Monroe "Dee" Windham Jr., age 91, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2023 at Englewood Health Care Facility in Monroeville. Mr. Windham was born in Clarke County on Aug. 3, 1931 and had been a resident of Conecuh County for 48 years. He was the owner and operator of Windham & Smith, a member of the National Guard for three years, and a member of Woodlawn Methodist Church.
