Brother Elbert B. Jackson Sr., a native of Manila, was born Jan. 24, 1937 to parentage of the late Willie Jackson Sr. and Ceola Jackson in Barlow Bend. He departed this life April 3, 2023 at Mobile Infirmary Hospital with his daughter by his side,.
