On May 4, the Jackson Police Department responded to East State Street and Oak Street in regards to a shots fired call. During the investigation it was determined that an individual was shot at by a subject from a vehicle. Later that night, three individuals were detained for questioning, driving the car that was identified by witnesses and through other investigative tools.
