Billy Robinson, a native of Whatley and resident of Foley, was born on May 10, 1941 to Robert Zecolia Robinson and Lillie Bob Burroughs Robinson in Whatley. Billy was the eighth of 10 children. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Savior at an early age and united with the First Baptist Church of Whatley. Billy remained a member for decades before moving to Baldwin County in 1994, later uniting with First Baptist Church of Warrington in Pensacola, Fla.
