68 Years Ago June 1955 Bill Hearn and Jack Howell were attending the annual Boy’s State in Tuscaloosa the first week in June. They represented Jackson High School. Attending Girl’s State from JHS were Bonnie Henley, Imogene Jones and Faye Morgan. The Lone Star Cemetery Corporation celebrated an accident-free year at its St. Stephens’ quarry with a fish fry for employees and their families. Rev. Marshall G.
