Power crews worked tirelessly throughout Father’s Day weekend in often treacherous conditions to restore power to the area when one storm after another rolled through. Clarke-Washington EMC expressed gratitude to Ocmulgee EMC, Nolin RECC, Warren REC, North Alabama EC, Arab EC, Chain Electric and Harper Electric for helping to restore power as a result of the storms over the past week. According to a CWEMC spokesman, power has now been restored to all their customers.
