Francine Chaney was born Nov. 24, 1958 to the late Albert Cleaves and Geraldine Cleaves in Memphis, Tenn. A resident of Jackson, she answered her call on Aug. 3, 2023 at her home. Preceding her in death were her parents and her husband, James Chaney. Francine leaves to cherish her memories four loving children, Tanya (Winford) Newson, Zachery (Kristen) Cleaves, Alisha Bendel and Tondra Chaney; grandchildren, Tyquan Newson, Quinara Newson, Zachary Cleaves Jr., Sheikiedra Cleaves, Tamura Cleaves, Lewis Cleaves, Olvia Cleaves, Devon Bendel, Toddran Mc Queen and Torrian McQuenn; nine greatgrandchildren; siblings, Leon Cleaves, Harvey Cleaves, Betty Johnson, Marsha Cleaves,...
