James "JD" Howard, 81, passed away Sunday, Aug. 20, 2023 at his home in Tibbie. Mr. Howard, first and foremost, was a man of God. A beloved husband to his wife, Geraldine Howard, for 60 years. He was a teacher to his five children, 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Mr. Howard could oftentimes be found on his pond, fishing with his hunting dog.
