Sharon Lowe, of Chatom, passed away Aug. 28, 2023 at the age of 79. She was born Nov. 8, 1943 in Lumberton, Miss. As a young girl, Sharon attended school in Baxterville. She enjoyed helping her mom and dad, along with her siblings, working on the family farm. She enjoyed playing outside with her brothers and sisters, and also loved their family mule, Jack, who was not only a huge help in farming, but also a beloved pet.
