The Jackson Police Department, with assistance from the Clarke County Sheriff ’s Office, recovered drugs and guns during the execution of a search warrant. Two pounds of marijuana, 4 ounces of meth, 1 ounce of cocaine and 10 guns were seized in the city and county. Arrests were made but names will not be released, authorities said, and additional arrests are expected. The JPD and the CCSO asks the public’s help in identifying people who distribute unlawful drugs and homes where unlawful drugs are distributed.
