Thomas Eugene Powell Jr., 59, passed away at his home in St. Stephens, Jan. 27, 2024. Tommy was one of a Kind. He loved playing and teaching his children how to play the guitar. He was the soul of every gathering. If Tommy was worried or bothered by something, you would have never known it, because he never showed it. Tommy always had a smile on his face, and treated everyone he met like a friend. He was known to his grandchildren as Paw-Paw. They loved him, and likewise, he loved them. Tommy and Marie were married for 37 years....
