Jackson Academy eighth grader Amelia Harrison finished second in computer graphics during the AISA State Technology Competition April 17 in Montgomery. Harrison drew graphics for a book series she plans to write in the future. J.A. students in the technology courses were initially taught to build websites in Google Sites using a tutorial found on TPT. Once that was completed, they were given an assignment to create a celebrity website that is user friendly, professional and visually appealing.
