GROVE HILL — The Clarke County Commission approved the construction of a new cell tower Tuesday. The commission assigned Tillman Infrastructure LLC to build the South Grove Hill cell tower and consented to a sublease. Tillman Infrastructure has erected several other cell towers in Clarke County. In the only other item on a light agenda, the commission approved Juneteenth, Wednesday, June 19, as an observed holiday for county employees.
