A statewide alert has been issued for a Clarke County man who has been missing since July 24, according to the Clarke County Sheriff ’s Office. James Zadock Dailey, 43, a 5-foot-8, 160-pound white male with blondish brown short hair, was reported missing by his family on July 26, the CCSO said.
