Terry Sheffield Bailey, 70, passed away July 9, 2025. Terry was born Oct. 27, 1954 to Richard Sheffield and Mary Jean Sheffield. The majority of her life was spent in Fulton where she was a member of Fulton Baptist Church. Terry was proud to have worked for the United States Postal Service for more than 19 years. She was a kind and selfless woman who gave of herself freely. Above all, Terry adored her family.
