The Washington/Clarke County Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program has partnered with Friends of Alpha Women's Resource Center in Jackson to offer the Today’s Mom nutrition education series. The six-week program is designed to support moms and moms-to-be by providing practical nutrition knowledge, meal-planning skills and confidence to make healthy choices for themselves and their families. Participants can learn practical skills to prepare simple, nutritious meals that fit a busy lifestyle and learn how to make healthier choices even on the busiest days.
